February 25–26, 2026  |  SRM University-AP, Amaravathi, Andhra Pradesh

DataHaven is proud to sponsor HackSRM 7.0. We will have an on-site representative providing mentorship, architecture guidance, and hands-on support for teams building on the DataHaven track.

We are looking for teams willing to tackle foundational questions:

  • What does true data ownership look like in a live application?
  • How do you design a dApp where storage integrity is guaranteed cryptographically?
  • What becomes possible when AI systems can prove the integrity of their memory?

The bar is not perfection in 24 hours. It is a clear, well-executed idea that demonstrates how decentralized storage changes application design.

What is HackSRM 7.0?

HackSRM is SRM University-AP’s flagship hackathon, now in its seventh edition and stronger than ever. It brings together innovators to solve real-world challenges within an intense 24-hour build window.

Teams from across India converge on the SRM-AP campus in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh to compete, collaborate, and build. The format is focused: a full day and night of coding, punctuated by mentoring sessions, evaluation rounds, and culminating in final presentations from the top teams. The best ideas walk away with prizes, and potentially a path toward incubation and continued development.

Event Schedule:

  • Hackathon Coding Phase: February 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM IST
  • Closing Ceremony & Prize Distribution: February 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM IST

All events will be held at the APJ Abdul Kalam Auditorium, SRM University-AP.

Why DataHaven at HackSRM?

The next generation of applications, from AI agents to financial infrastructure, onchain games to digital identity systems, all share one dependency: data. Where that data lives, who controls it, and whether it can be verified will define the trust model of the internet going forward.

DataHaven is building decentralized storage infrastructure that gives developers cryptographic guarantees around integrity, privacy, and ownership, backed by Ethereum economic security. Fully EVM-compatible and integrated directly with Ethereum, DataHaven allows builders to interact with storage natively from their smart contracts, without relying on centralized services or fragile middleware.

At HackSRM 7.0, we are inviting teams to explore what becomes possible when storage is verifiable, private, and programmable from day one.

What Can You Build?

We’re especially excited to see projects exploring:

  • Private, Verifiable Memory for AI Agents. AI is becoming personal. Agents need memory — but that memory must be encrypted, auditable, and user-controlled. How do you design an AI system where users retain sovereignty over their own data?
  • Transparent Records for Financial Applications. Compliance, auditability, and durable record-keeping are foundational in fintech. What can you build when application data is tamper-proof and cryptographically verifiable by default?
  • Tamper-Proof Game and Application Data. Multiplayer and AI-assisted applications depend on trust. What changes when game state, logs, or AI outputs are verifiable and censorship-resistant?

These are real design spaces. The infrastructure is ready, and the opportunity is to build the first applications that show what becomes possible when data has a sovereign, verifiable home.

Ready to Build?

Registration closes in two days. To participate in the DataHaven track, register for the web3 / Blockchain Track on Devfolio: hack-srm26.devfolio.co/overview

After registering, make sure you select the DataHaven track to access mentorship, judging, and the incubation pathway.

Pre-Hackathon Technical Workshop

All DataHaven track registrants are invited to a special workshop:

  • Date: Sunday, February 22, 2026
  • Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM IST
  • Access: DataHaven track registrants

We’ll walk through architecture, demonstrate the TypeScript SDK on testnet, and help you arrive at the hackathon with a working development environment and a clear build plan.

Register. Show up prepared. Build something that proves what sovereign storage enables.
