Behind every ambitious idea is a team bold enough to bring it to life. At DataHaven, that team spans engineers, product leaders, growth strategists, creatives, and operators who share one belief: decentralized, verifiable storage should be simple, secure, and accessible to everyone.

This is the first chapter of our Meet the Team series, where we highlight the people shaping DataHaven’s direction and spirit. Today, we’re spotlighting four team members who are building our momentum from every angle: creative, ecosystem growth, business development, and community.

Sabrina Degas, Creative & Marketing
Camp Title: Idea Alchemist

Every ecosystem needs someone who crafts its experiences, and for DataHaven, that person is Sabrina. As Head of Creative & Marketing, she blends her background in film, TV, art, interactive media, and web3 into campaigns that elevate DataHaven’s voice and bring its culture to life.

Sabrina’s career spans entertainment and emerging tech: Schitt’s Creek promotions at Pop TV, large-scale productions like G4 Live, global events at OpenSea, and more than 40 NFT project launches. She crafts experiences that resonate, weaving together imagination, emotion, and strategic insight with her signature creative edge.

Her Haven animal is the Fox: clever, curious, and always exploring new ways through the forest. When she isn’t building at the intersection of tech and culture, she’s creating art, traveling, or spending time with the best rescue dog on earth, Oona Moo.

Lindsay Keyfauver, Ecosystem Growth
Camp Title: Traction Tactician

In a world where traction is everything, Lindsay is the strategist you want in the room. She brings a rare blend of GTM experience, customer insight, and ecosystem intuition developed from helping early-stage blockchain ventures scale to $90M ARR and closing over $1B in partnerships.

Across L1s, payments, DeFi, and infrastructure, Lindsay has reviewed more than 800 pitch decks, led over 1,000 partnerships, and evaluated $50M in grants and fundraising requests. That experience gives her an unmatched radar for momentum: what creates it, what stalls it, and how to capture it at the right moment.

Lindsay’s Haven animal, the Squirrel, reflects her resourcefulness and ability to store opportunities for the future. Whether in fast-moving markets or on the trail, she brings sharp instincts, adaptability, and focus to everything she builds for the DataHaven ecosystem.

Ryan Levy, Global BD & Partnerships
Camp Title: Deal Trailblazer

Few people navigate complex ecosystems with the instinct and intensity of Ryan Levy. Overseeing Global BD & Partnerships, Ryan builds the connective tissue that brings AI, blockchain, storage, and infrastructure players together into a cohesive, verifiable future.

With nearly two decades of experience across startups in web2, web3, and blockchain, he’s helped shape GTM strategy and partnerships at SKALE Labs, Chainstack, and Kadena. At DataHaven, Ryan is the tenacious climber who finds opportunity in difficult terrain and turns ambitious visions into clear, executable pathways. His Haven animal, the Mountain Goat, says it all: unstoppable, strategic, and fearless when the stakes are high.

Ryan starts each day with an espresso and a workout, driven by his mantra, “Never Give Up.” That same mindset fuels his work connecting global partners and building the ecosystems that make DataHaven possible.

Neil F. Tsirkin, Community
Camp Title: Campfire Conductor

Communities don’t just appear. They’re cultivated, energized, protected, and inspired. At DataHaven, Neil is the person who makes all of that feel effortless.

With a career rooted in web3 community building, Neil has developed a reputation for pairing empathy with execution. From Dapper Dinos to leading initiatives at OpenSea and scaling social at Phantom, he’s helped thousands of creators and collectors find a sense of belonging through meaningful connection rather than hype.

As DataHaven’s Campfire Conductor, Neil ensures the hive stays healthy, aligned, and welcoming. His Haven animal, the Bee, captures his role perfectly: a tireless builder of networks and momentum. Outside of work, you’re likely to find him on the golf course, perfecting homemade kimchi, or diving reef walls as a certified scuba diver. His initials are NFT, which feels less like coincidence and more like destiny.
