John Bridgewater, Special Projects
Camp Title: Systems Sentinel
John oversees strategic initiatives at DataHaven, ensuring alignment and successful execution across teams. He brings deep expertise in blockchain, networking, and cloud infrastructure, having led IT at BladeLogic during rapid growth and served as Managing Director and advisor at the Algorand Foundation.
John’s Haven animal is the Bunny: quick, reliable, and happiest when quietly keeping everything running smoothly. He lives in Ottawa with his wife and dog Monty and enjoys running and cross-country skiing whenever possible.
Danielle Da Cruz, Finance
Camp Title: Keeper of Balance
Danielle keeps DataHaven’s financial systems steady and precise. ACCA-qualified since 2024, she brings three years of experience as an external auditor at PwC, managing payments, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting, audits, KYC/KYB, and financial analysis.
Danielle’s Haven animal is the Kangaroo: dependable, balanced, and always moving things forward. Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, she never misses Carnival and loves spending time in the ocean or soaking up Caribbean sun.
Prasanna Ketheeswaran, Finance
Camp Title: Ledger Luminary
Prasanna guides DataHaven’s financial strategy with nearly two decades of experience across accounting, finance, and deal-making. His career spans technology, banking, mining, and international finance, with senior roles at Butterfield Group, Roxgold Inc., and Banro Corp.
His Haven animal is the Crow: a strategic problem-solver who sees patterns others miss, ensuring critical details are never overlooked. A true adventurer, Prasanna lives on a remote island with his family and embraces challenges from hurricanes to earthquakes.
Sicco Naets, Ecosystem
Camp Title: Connection Cartographer
Sicco builds and nurtures DataHaven’s developer and partner community, blending technical expertise with strategic leadership. He has delivered complex systems under tight deadlines and led high-performing teams across blockchain, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack development.
Sicco’s Haven animal is the Owl: observant, wise, and always thinking several moves ahead. He lives in Quebec with his family, enjoying hockey and exploring gaming in his free time.
