Next up in our DataHaven Partner Spotlight Series is a partner redefining where secure infrastructure can live: SpaceComputer. Together, SpaceComputer and DataHaven are extending private, verifiable systems beyond traditional terrestrial boundaries by combining satellite-based secure compute with tamper-proof, censorship-resistant storage.

SpaceComputer is building a decentralized compute and blockchain network powered by satellites. By running trusted execution environments (TEEs), cryptographic services, and settlement infrastructure in space, SpaceComputer delivers physically verifiable security that is resistant to Earth-based attacks, jurisdictional pressure, and centralized control. These services include secure execution, random number generation, key management, and blockchain settlement—all designed for workloads where compromise is not an option.

DataHaven complements this model by providing private, verifiable storage for both the source data and the results produced by SpaceComputer’s satellite-based compute. Where SpaceComputer ensures computation happens in a trusted, tamper-resistant environment, DataHaven ensures that inputs, outputs, and proofs are preserved with integrity, privacy, and long-term availability. Together, the two systems form a complete pipeline: secure execution paired with secure memory.

“People talk about space as the next frontier, and there are real advantages to running secure infrastructure via satellites, especially when it comes to isolation, physical security, and resilience. SpaceComputer and DataHaven are closely aligned on delivering an end-to-end verifiability and privacy solution for sensitive data.”

~Ryan Levy, VP of Global BD & Partnerships, DataHaven

“In the post Bitcoin world “Don’t trust, verify” is the only option for reliable compute system. DataHaven’s verifiability of storage and compute integrity is very much inline with this and serves as a natural extension to SpaceComputer’s tamper resistant TEEs.

In the Wilderness

In the Haven, SpaceComputer is the stars: distant, distributed, and unreachable by any single hand. No one can bend them. No one can erase them. They exist beyond borders and beyond control.

By operating secure enclaves in orbit, SpaceComputer gives computation that same property: isolated, tamper-proof, and free from terrestrial interference. DataHaven preserves the data and results that return, storing them privately and verifiably. One ensures independence. The other ensures memory.

Distance protects truth. Storage preserves it.

The Path Ahead

DataHaven’s testnet is live today as a base verifiable storage platform, giving builders a way to securely anchor data and computation outputs with cryptographic guarantees.

On mainnet, the partnership deepens. SpaceComputer will host Backup Storage Provider (BSP) nodes on satellites, further decentralizing and hardening the DataHaven network. In parallel, SpaceComputer’s satellite-hosted TEEs will enable confidential computation, while DataHaven introduces encryption, privacy, and full verifiability at the storage layer. The result is a system where both execution and storage are secure by design across physical, cryptographic, and network boundaries.

The Bottom Line

SpaceComputer brings a new security primitive to web3 and AI infrastructure: computation that is physically isolated and verifiably tamper-resistant. DataHaven adds the missing layer by ensuring that the data flowing through those systems, and the results they produce, are stored privately, immutably, and verifiably.

As space-based infrastructure becomes an increasingly important part of the global technology stack, this partnership positions DataHaven as the storage layer of choice for satellite-secured computation. Together, SpaceComputer and DataHaven deliver something uniquely powerful: an end-to-end foundation for secure, private, and verifiable systems, on Earth and beyond.

How to Join the Journey

Explore how SpaceComputer is building satellite-based cryptographic infrastructure for the next generation of secure applications, and follow DataHaven as we bring private verifiable storage to the most demanding environments. As mainnet approaches, execution and memory will align—no matter how far from the ground they operate.
